Barrister Adeojo Oluwaseun Obanigba, a member of the Inter-Party Relations Committee of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Owo Local Government Area of Ondo State, has extended his congratulations to Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa and his Deputy, Chief Olayide Adelami, following their recent victory in the state’s governorship election.
In a statement released on Monday in Owo, Adeojo expressed his delight at the outcome of the election, while also praising the contributions of Hon. Lad Ojomo, Chairman of the Inter-Party Relations Committee of the APC in Owo, for his strategic role in securing the win for Aiyedatiwa.
“On behalf of the people of Owo and the entire good people of Ondo State, I, Adeojo Oluwaseun, heartily congratulate Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa and his Deputy, Chief Olayide Adelami, on their well-deserved victory in the recent election,” Adeojo stated. “This triumph reflects the trust and confidence that the people of Ondo State have in Governor Aiyedatiwa’s vision for the continued growth and progress of our state.”
He went on to commend Hon. Lad Ojomo for his pivotal role in the campaign, noting that Ojomo's efforts in mobilizing support, particularly by facilitating defections to the APC, were instrumental in the success of the party in Owo.
“Hon. Ojomo played a key role in this victory by rallying decampees and coordinating support from members of other political parties. His strategic actions significantly contributed to delivering this resounding win for Governor Aiyedatiwa,” Adeojo added. “His presence in the APC has not only strengthened the party but also enhanced its appeal and unity in the Owo region.”
Adeojo concluded by calling on all party members and supporters to remain united and committed to the shared goal of advancing the state’s development.
“As we look forward, I urge everyone to stay focused on building a greater Ondo State. This victory marks the beginning of a new era of development and prosperity for our people,” he remarked.
The congratulatory message emphasizes the importance of unity within the APC and the collective efforts that led to Governor Aiyedatiwa’s electoral success.
