The Executive Chairman of Ose Local Government, Hon. Barr. Clement Kolapo Ojo, has extended his heartfelt felicitations to the Muslim community as they embark on the sacred month of Ramadan.
In a statement issued on Saturday, Hon. Ojo described Ramadan as a time of deep spiritual reflection, self-discipline, and unwavering devotion to Allah.
He urged the Muslim faithful to seize this opportunity to pray for peace, unity, and progress in Ose Local Government, Ondo State, and the nation at large.
Highlighting the significance of love, patience, and generosity—core values of Ramadan—he encouraged believers to show kindness, particularly to the less privileged, throughout the fasting period.
"As we begin this sacred season, let us embrace the virtues of compassion, sacrifice, and unity. May Almighty Allah accept our prayers and bless us with good health and abundant grace," the statement read.
Hon. Ojo also called for religious harmony and peaceful coexistence, emphasizing that unity remains vital for the growth and development of both the local government and the country.
He concluded by wishing the Muslim community a fulfilling and spiritually rewarding Ramadan, praying for divine favor and blessings upon all.
Meanwhile, Kolapo Ojo, has warmly felicitated with the people of Ose as the new month of March 2025 begins, emphasizing the need for unity, peace, and collective progress.
Expressing gratitude for the journey so far, Hon. Ojo acknowledged God's grace and the resilience of the people in fostering growth within the local government.
He reaffirmed his administration’s dedication to good governance, infrastructural development, and social welfare, assuring residents of ongoing efforts to improve education, healthcare, agriculture, security, and youth empowerment.
The chairman urged all stakeholders, community leaders, and residents to remain committed to the vision of a stronger and more prosperous Ose, noting that unity is the key to achieving greater development.
